With each instructor-led course, a student receives:

- A certificate of completion
- Follow-on support
- The ability to retake the class at no-charge as often as desired* as long as
space is available in the course.
*students must bring his/her materials to class and be attending the same course, version originally attended.

Infotec has locations in Virginia Beach, Virginia and Newport News, Virginia with 20 spacious classrooms.
AT YOUR LOCATION
Infotec conducts training throughout the United States and beyond. Courses can be conducted in your facility with your equipment, or Infotec can conduct courses in your facility with our remote labs being shipped prior to the course start.
PRIVATE FACILITIES
Should you like the course(s) conducted in your geographic area, but do not have the facility to support the training, this is not a problem. Infotec has relationships with most hotel chains to host your course in a meeting room nearby, using our equipment.
ANYWHERE
Virtual/internet training. The courses are conducted live. The participants ask questions, interact with the instructor and hands-on labs conducted just like an instructor-led course. With internet access the course can be taken from your home, at the office, or on travel.

Each instructor employed by Infotec goes through a rigorous hiring process, ensuring the quality of instruction parallels the level of service the organization stands behind. Each instructor is certified for the class he or she teaches and holds extensive experience in the field, allowing the instructor to bring field experience into the classroom by using real-life analogies and examples.
Class size is typically twelve students with a class maximum of twenty. Each student in the class has a computer he or she uses for hands-on labs.
